Tiny Tots Gym Membership Terms & Conditions

Effective upon purchase of membership

1. Payment & Duration

• Memberships must be paid in full upfront at the time of purchase.

• Memberships are non-refundable and non-cancelable, except in approved special cases (see Section 3).

• Memberships are valid only during the specific duration purchased (e.g., 1-month, 3-month, or 6-month). Access and benefits expire at the end of that period unless renewed.

2. Use & Eligibility

• Membership benefits apply only to the child it was purchased for.

• Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared or reassigned.

• Membership includes drop-in play and discounts on select events, parties, and programs.

3. Cancellations & Exceptions

Cancellations are not accepted under regular circumstances.
Exceptions may be granted for:

• Medical reasons (with documentation)

• Permanent relocation out of Squamish

• Revocation due to repeated rule violations

If approved, a 1-month fee will be charged, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

4. Rules & Facility Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable space for all, Members and their children must follow the Gym's rules, including:

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Socks are mandatory for all guests—children and adults. (Socks available for purchase at the front desk.)

• A signed waiver is required before participating. Waivers can be completed online or at the front desk.

• Respect other visitors, use equipment appropriately, and help us maintain cleanliness.

• Tiny Tots Gym reserves the right to update rules or policies at any time.

5. Behaviour & Conduct

• Tiny Tots Gym is committed to maintaining a clean, safe, and respectful environment for everyone.

• Membership may be revoked without refund for behaviour that endangers others or violates facility rules.

6. Liability and Safety

• Members are responsible for supervising their children during their visit.

• Tiny Tots Gym is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during use of the facility, except where required by law.

• Any claims must be made in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

• Members must inform staff of any medical conditions or special needs that could affect participation.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Tiny Tots Gym respects your privacy.

• Members agree to provide accurate personal information and consent to its use for membership and communication purposes.

• We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

• We comply with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia, Canada.

8. Governing Law

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada.
